Tanbang City is an uncommon "city within a village" in Ganzhou. It is honored as the "Miniature Ganzhou City in Ming Dynasty".

Halting foot in the site of city gate to look around, we had a panoramic view of the cyan field scenery surrounded by mountains, making people feel completely relaxed and happy. Ponds dotted around the city were glowing in the sunshine, like a finishing touch in the picture of the view. The pure landscapes make people feel that they come to a wonderland and enjoy a quiet moment in mind.

People may find surprises - history always and everywhere when walking to every corner and raising their heads every time. Although the city walls are incomplete, the entire city still exists, which convinces people of its perfection in the old times. Old well, old trees, ancestral halls, stone carving, memorial archway, stages... every piece of antiquities seems to tell their history and to make people want to cherish the past.
